Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including:

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Only partial refunds may be granted for:

Books with obvious signs of use

Opened CDs, DVDs, software, video games, or vinyl records

Items not in their original condition, or damaged not due to our error

Any return made after 30 days from delivery
💳 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm receipt and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit applied to your original payment method within a few business days.

🔖 Sale Items
Only regular priced items are eligible for refunds.
Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
🔁 Exchanges
We only replace items if they’re defective or damaged.
To request an exchange for the same item, email us at barbadosautomarket@gmail.com.
🎁 Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the return.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we’ll receive your returned item.
